Cancellation Policy
Clients must book services in advance through our official booking system or approved communication channels. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment or service slot. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. Same-day bookings are subject to availability. All services (classes, consultations, store setups, VIP memberships) are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. ❌ Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or service start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Rescheduling is allowed once, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Digital services, business setups, and memberships are non-refundable once work has begun.
